As a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Florida, Mr. Dill attended the University of Florida, where he received both his Juris
Doctor and a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning.

legal experience. Mr. Dill’s areas of practice include construction law and commercial litigation
matters.
